Title: Nutrition Supplements Post by: Colby on November 01, 2010, 05:59:29 am Hey everybody, I just had a question regarding nutrition supplements that some of you might be taking. I don't really know much and am curious about what might be good to take. Currently I am taking a pill form of Glucosamine for joints and a multivitamin. That is about it. Do you recommend a certain type of supplement or brand? Just curious, thanks for the help!
