Title: Spectator Areas at SGM? Post by: Jose Jimenez on September 27, 2010, 06:19:55 pm I know that Veyo is a popular one but what is the best way to get there from St. George since SR-18 is closed? Ideally my family would like to see me at about three points in the course starting with Veyo and ending with the finish line. I will be running at 3:15 pace. So any ideas as to the best way (places) for them to spectate?

Post by: Dave Holt on September 28, 2010, 07:35:06 am My dad usually catches my bro and I there at Veyo (go by way of Gunlock), then gets back to town to watch us near the 23 mile mark (top of town) and then quick to the finish. Snow Canyon is another viewing option, but a lot of people do it now and he says that parking is tough and they may end up missing you later down toward the end of the race.
