Are there any local (wash county area) clydes and/or athena runners who would like to get together for a once a week or bi-weekly run? This is not to take away from the weekly thursday group run. This would be in addition to that run (if you participate that is) - anyway, just chime in and let me know. No James, you do not quailfy as a clydesdale!

I'm going on a diet.  Hopefully by the end of it I can change my blog name to "Clyesdale No More."
