For those of you who have not yet noticed, we have a new addition in the Top Runners list in the women - Annie Gasway. She ran Chicago in 2001 in 2:59:37. She is very speedy though - 4:58 mile. With some consistent injury-free training I would not be surprised to see her run in the low 2:30s in a year or two.

We need more women on that list, though. We need more women that are on the blog to go sub-3:40, and more sub-3:40 women to join the blog.

Can you (or someone with some design skills) create some cards with the website on it so we can hand them out?  I am always telling people about the blog, but I think it is hard for them to remember the name, having it written down would be helpful.  I was thinking something that could fit in a key pocket in a pair of running shorts.

Good idea, this would be pretty simple and inexpensive as well. I will talk with Sasha about it on our run in the morning.

You need to get those cards into goodie bags at races or make them available at registration tables, etc.

You can make up to 250 free business cards at vistaprint.com.  They are full color and you can make them look really good.  If you want more, or if you want to customize them, they are still very inexpensive.  Something like 500 for $8.
