Sasha, is there a 5K equivalent of the boltushka standard?  (Sasha has said that any female who can run a sub 50:00 min. 10K is not a boltushka (meaning talkative woman who runs mainly for social reasons).

I would say a sub-24:00 is a non-boltushka :-)
