Title: Lost in the Mileage Board
Post by: Eric Day on May 16, 2009, 10:53:25 am
Don't know if anybody noticed this, but if your weekly mileage is the next after the last runner on a page, you would normally think you would be on the top of the next page, but when you click -next- you are not. You have disappeared!

Is this a little bug?

Happens a lot.  If you click Next and Prev a few times, you can get it to show up eventually.

Hadn't tried the next/prev.

Thanks Sasha!

Fixed. The problem was floating point comparisons. I forgot to take care of the matter that you can never assume that converting a floating point number from binary to decimal and then back to binary will produce the same result. As a bonus, similar bug was fixed in the race reports, and the mileage format has been standardized.
