Check out the article about Kory on marathonguide.com .  Well it isn't actually about Kory, but it should be!  As it talks about he played the spoiler on this "triple" attempt.  Awesome job Kory!

Yeah, Kory--enjoy it man. Think of how hard you have worked to earn the honors you're getting now.  It doesn't happen overnight, but with the right training it does happen.

Thanks everyone.  I'm very humbled to have done well (praise God for it), but not finished now need to focus on St. George.

I knew Chuck Engle would be tough to beat, but I wanted the course record so bad.  This was really my first marathon that I actually thought I was racing against someone rather than racing for my personal best.

Question now that St. George is so close how would you guys train if you were me?  I've taken this week slow to recover.  Tomorrow I'm planning a slow 15 miler?

Forgot to mention thanks for all your support and training tips.  I would have never done so well ( I guess well for me right now) if it wasn't for you guys.  I wish they would have put the comments in about how I gave all my training credit to fastrunningblog.com in the articles.  That really bothered me that they left that out.
