I just opened a new topic "Cognitive Association vs. Dissociation" (http://fastrunningblog.com/forum/index.php/topic,660.0.html).

From now on when I'm in dissociate mode I will try to be more considerate of the elite runners who are busy associating. (See the new topic for more details.)
