Hi guys, I need help to get back into shape as soon as possible..
Before my recovery I can already run 16 minutes 5k in 25-30miles training weekly..

Any training tips and suggestions or program for me to get back to shape and possibly run a 15min 5k within 6months?

And how soon you guys think I can get back to shape? thanks..

it's been rainy all day for a week now here in my place..

is elliptical training good as a sub for running for a while?
do you guys know what is the conversion of easy runs -> elliptical training?

thank you guys, i do really need your help.
