The article is about a guy who "cheats" while running.  The link is not to the full article but is a summary of it with a video of the alleged cheater.

Whether he really cheats or not has anyone heard of or seen anything like this happen?

From what I know of his story, he's a cheater!

Its a shame that people do stuff like this, and while I don't think its super common, I bet it happens more than we want to think it does.

I was thinking about it, and that is what scares me.  It would be pretty easy to figure out a way to cheat a race.  Lucky for us most runners would never do it!
