What is the ideal post-marathon recovery plan for you?
I heard one is to Reverse tapper?
I ran a marathon 1.5 weeks ago... I'm still at very low mileage this week; is that what I should be doing?

The ideal post-marathon recovery is the one that helps you meet your future goals without getting injured. If you aren't doing any racing soon, there is no need to rush back into hard training- take a few easy weeks and then slowly build back up. You have little to gain and a lot to lose if you rush it back too fast. Reverse taper is a good idea.
