Featured Blog List & Random Blog Generator

Among the lists of Lone Faithfuls, Recent Entries, Most Comments, etc... I think there should be a couple of additional options: First is a list of Featured Blogs.  This should link the user to interesting blogs they may not have come across before.  Recommendations for featured blogs could come through the discussion forum or through a "Recommend this Blogger" button on the blogger's page.

There are so many blogs now that I can't possibly keep up and I'm sure there are people writing more interesting things than "Ran 8 miles, easy" (as is typical on my blog). Some people really put time into their entries and there is a lot that goes unnoticed just because it's so hard to find stuff.

Also, a Random Blog Generator option would be interesting. Click it, and surprise, a blog you may not have read.
