A new Nike commercial on Youtube link below is pretty good. It is called "No Excuses" and pretty much says it all.

I like stuff like this because I think we all feel sorry for ourselves once in a while.  This is a wake up call.  I watched this show on tv last night about a guy who was born without legs.  He uses a skateboard mostly to get around.  It was very inspiring and taought me alot on how to raise a daughter in a wheelchair.  She is my inspiration and my wake call when I am feeling down on myself when I can't run.  Be thankful for what we have and work hard on that.

I love this video. Not going to lie, I cried the first time I watched it. We also watched it this last Cross Country season. It is a little different than the Nike comercial but it is also a lot the same, I think they go along together well.

Wow. A real champion. I have it so easy.

It reminds me of a guy I watched on the telecast of the most recent Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii. Scott Rigsby, a double amputee, the first such person to ever complete an Ironman.
