Saturday runs (June 28)

Just wanted to extend an invite to anyone you want to meet for saturday runs.  I will post what we are doing and anyone is welcome to come.
running group there.  There are all sorts of paces that meet so come and have a good run.
Me and Michelle are meeting at the mouth of Provo canyon for an 18 miler with some quicker stuff mixed in.  We will meet at 5:30 in the parking lot below the gas station (NW corner of 800 N Orem and Provo Canyon, parking lot to the east of the gas station).  Any one is welcome to come just give us a heads up so we know to look for you.

Ok, that post is a little confusing.  This Saturday we are meeting at the mouth of Provo Canyon, not in Spanish Fork.

I am bailing on you guys for a run in PC. They are promising breakfast afterward, and I don't turn down food.
