I'm going to be in Park City on Thursday and Friday (June 27,28). If anyone is interested in doing a long run either of those days let me know. It would be nice to have some company... 435-632-2459

I should be on board for an early Sat run. I've also put a few comments on peoples blogs that I thought would be interested. I've only ever run at the rail trail up there. However, would be up for trying something different if someone suggested it...

Steve C on the blog has a lot of good suggestions on possible runs. He is Cutika99 on the blog. He ran an awesome Ragnar for the Blue team. He posted the run suggestions on my blog for yesterday. Let me know what you are up for and when. The earlier the better in my mind to beat the heat. As long as we are not going a crazy pace I'd be up for 15-20 (big range but it really depends on speed).

Do you mean Friday and Saturday?
Anyway, there are limitless places to run, flat, hilly, trails, roads, whatever.
I'd be willing to meet for a long run as well, especially if we take it easy.

Earlier is better, it's going to be hot as balls.

I'm always up for donut repeats! But I don’t think I could ever touch my high school record of 12 Dunkin Donuts in one sitting…

I will say that Wasatch Bagels is an excellent place if you are a bagel fan.

If you guys want, just skip the run and come up to Logan. We'll go to Angies.

My family has been up in Park City all week for a family reunion.  I would be interested in running with you guys on Friday or Saturday.  I am not sure about my brother but I can check with him.  My phone number is (801)636-6638.  My brother's number is (253)948-8960.  Let me know what time and where you will meet.  I should be good whenever

The run is looking good. Breakfast sounds even better. Like I said I don't know the area so I'll nominate Steve to plan our course. I won't be up for any speed (at all) because I did a pretty solid 20 miles today. However if we stay relaxed I'd be up for any distance.

Run em up and over Guardsman Pass, Steve, just to show em what you had to go through last week!

The thought has crossed my mind. It's actually not so bad on the Deer Valley side.
One day I will run from Deer Valley to Heber, just so I can run down the Ragnar.

I don't know if everyone is up for the first 6 miles uphill.

What do you guys think???  Would you prefer flat rail trails, or some major elevation gain with all downhill on the way back?

Let me know, I'll plot out a couple different courses.

How is everyone for 6am on Saturday? The high school is easy to get to and a nice place to meet. It's right on Kearns Blvd. on the way into town.
