Hayden just won the Utah Summer Games 10 K in 30:36. To put this into perspective, Dave Holt was second with 31:16, and it was a Dave-quality time. Last year Joe Wilson (in good shape) won with 30:20. Hayden has not posted his race report yet, but his blog is at

It really was pretty amazing - I kept thinking, "This high school kid will break."  Oh boy... I know Hayden is really good, I train with him.  But oh boy... was I wrong.
