Lybi breaks her high school 5 K PR after having 3 kids and a year of training

Lybi ran 23:37 5 K today which is 21 seconds faster that the fastest she ever did while on a cross country team in high school . Lybi is old enough to have 3 kids with the oldest being 7, and no, she was a good teenager and did not marry before she turned 20.  Race report at

She started training only a little over a year ago after many years of a largely aerobically inactive life style.
