Is running with arm weights a good way to increase my upper body strength?
Is running with arm weights a good way to improve my rumming?
What is the right weight for Running 2lb, 1.5 lb

I do all my trail runs with a water bottle. Keeps hydrated, and serves for strength training at the same time. Can't hurt, I guess. Weight? 20 oz of water plus the plastic.

I do the same thing as Jon for hydration purposes, but why not do one set of push-ups and chin-ups until u can't complete a full rep after the run instead? If it's strength u are after that is.
