Hello everyone,
I've run 3 times in new shoes and had developed a really nice double blister (one on top of the other) after two runs this week (4 and 11 miles). It's painful to flex my Achilles because of it. It seems to be from the shoe rubbing the Achilles.
This is the first time it's happened to me and was wondering if anyone has a remedy to heal the blister quickly. I'm running in thin socks from Adidas but they aren't any type of Dri Max material or anything. Thanks for your thoughts  Smiley

Usually when I have a blister, I pop it with a needle then soak it in an epsom salt/warm water bath. It really seems to accelerate the healing!
