Seems like there has been a lot of new blogs in the last week or two weeks. New Year's resolutions maybe?

We have 62 blogs that start in 2006, 188 that start in 2007, and 9 that start in 2008.  7504 entries in 2007, 22208 in 2007, and  362 in 2008. 4043 comments in 2006, 26611 in 2007, 733 in 2008. I think the disproportionate increase in comments is due to the increase in the number of women on the blog. We hardly had any in 2006. One advantage of having many women on the blog is the increase in the number of page impressions, which drives up the advertising revenue. We are still making pocket money, though, so we need to recruit more women!
As Ted predicted, we are currently having a New Years resolution upsurge. Interestingly enough, if it was present at all last year, it was not easily noticeable. Which means that our reach has greatly increased in the last year.

How about the real stat: total blogger mileage? Or better yet, per capita mileage?

How about number of arguments per blogger. (For example...and its just a random one...rounding the mileage issue)
