It definitely feels better after I massage it. I've never had a stress fracture before, so I can't rely on personal experience to know what that would feel like; but, it hasn't gotten to a level that I impedes anything I do after running. I'm sure the wise thing would be to visit a doctor and just get it checked out to be sure, but so many of them seem to be on a quest to get everyone to stop running.
I don't want to be told that unless that's really the only way to keep my feet/body healthy. I need to find someone in the St. George area, I guess, who is a podiatrist and a runner. They would understand.
