Dr. Jack Daniels to hold running/coaching seminar in Logan

"Running to Success, A seminar with Drs. Jack Daniels and Matt Rhea".

RACE Rx Academy of Exercise Sciences is holding a special running seminar on July 8 at their research and training center (286 N 850 W, Logan). The featured speaker at the seminar is Dr. Jack Daniels, a world-renowned coach who has coached over 130 college All-Americans and numerous Olympic runners. He is the author of several books and a regular contributor to Runners World Magazine. Two seminars will be held: Coaching Successful Runners- This seminar is for coaches, trainers, and athletes and will cover developing effective running programs, incorporating resistance training to reduce injuries, and preparing athletes for successful competition. Time: 9AM-12PM. Cost: $50.

Keys to Successful Running- This seminar is for athletes and their parents and will discuss the key ingredients to successful training and performance. Time: 2:00-3:30 PM. Cost: Free.
