Althoguh Fritz ran a great time and won by a 5 minute margin, the 5 K was more competitive (those who want to know why can read the thread about Utah Valley and Ogden). Jeff held his own against Teren Jameson and ended up only 3 seconds behind in the kick while beating Paul Petersen by 22 seconds. Had Paul not been there you could argue that Teren was either messing around or was just out of shape, but with Paul definitely in shape, and the expected gap between Paul and Teren, it puts Jeff's performance in perspective.
