Would be nice to have a way to see which bloggers are online so you can send them a message. I.e. to ask for help with training or advice about an injury.

You can send them a message anytime :-) They do not have to be online. They will respond when they have a spare moment.

The best way to get a quick response is to post on the forum. This way whoever gets to it first who feels he has something to share will get to answer and you do not have to worry about who it is going to be. And you can also get second, third, and Nth opinion.
