Mileage board is wrong

Today, once my mileage was put in, saw that the board is wrong.

The board is showing info which is not consistent between the runners. I'll illustrate with this example:
  Eric Day "miles this month 7.5" "miles last month 181.85"  (this info is correct)
  Sasha "miles this month: 344.20" "miles last month 393.52" (this info is NOT correct).

The board should show the information evenly throughout the runners. If Sasha has not put in running info for today (which is ok), it should show miles this month 0 and miles las month 344.20

Otherwise it looks like Sasha did a super run of 344.20 miles in July (this month) while I've only done 7.5 miles.

That has been a glitch on the mileage board for a while.  It happens every month for the first week- if someone hasn't done an entry yet for the new month, it pulls their last month mileage and shows it as this month.  It fixes itself once the second week rolls around.  Used to happen with the weekly mileage, too.
