As part of completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Weber State University, I am conducting a running research survey.  I am look if for runners that have had a knee injury that was caused by running. Results of this survey will be included in my baccalaureate thesis and may be submitted for publication to a health newsletter or medical journal. Your participation in this study is confidential and anonymous.

Please copy past survey in an e-mail and send it to me at krashless@hotmail.com.   All surveys are due by June 20th.

7. Did the Physician recommend any stretches? If yes, what kind and how often?

9. How long did it take for you to fully recover from the injury?
