I am running Ogden Half. Will be doing a long cooldown immediately afterwards. Can pace whoever wants to be paced at anything slower than 5:40 from wherever I find you to the end. Could possibly pace more than one person if it works out logistically - the faster one first, then come back for the slower. Send/Post requests.

Another question for Sasha, do you think Ogden is about 8 to 9 minutes slower than St. George?

If you are running around 3:00, yes. Assuming you are good downhill runner as well.
