About the Team
2008 brings about the advent of the FastRunningBlog.com racing team. Sponsored
by the St. George Running Center, the FRB Team currently supports 18 men and 3 women.
We are looking forward to seeing the success of the team. We hope to be able to
expand the size of the team and the level of sponsorship as both Fast Running Blog
and St. George Running Center continue to grow. The common thread among all FRB team members is that they all have greatly improved during their running careers, and believe that they can continue to improve through consistent training, optimal nutrition, and perseverence. You won't find "pedigreed" athletes on this team, but rather a group of blue-collar individuals determined to pound the pavement and get the most out of bodies. The FRB Team qualified two individuals for the 2008 men's marathon Trials, and look forward to making an even bigger splash in 2012 as our athletes develop.
